This trail offers insights into life and work on a farm. It leads past gorgeous pastures, farmland and age-old huts on old country roads. Most huts are rustic farmhouses, which serve South Tyrolean specialties to hikers, as has been a longstanding tradition in the area. At the end of the trail, you come to a restored mill that is open to the public.
Trail description: This trail of about 4.5 km starts at St. Katharina's church and passes through a variety of natural and cultural landscapes before ending in Tiers. That is where you find the restored mill. You can also reverse this challenging 2-hour trail by starting in Tiers. On your way back, you can use the public bus to St. Kathrein.
